Real True Date (“Real True Date,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Real True Date collects, how we collect it, why we use it, how it is stored, how long we retain it, whether it is shared with third parties, and how you can request deletion of your information.

By using Real True Date, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where required, we will request your separate and explicit consent before collecting or processing sensitive information, including Face Data.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, Real True Date may collect the following information.

1.1 Account Information

When you create or use a Real True Date account, we may collect:

• Name or display name
• Email address
• Account identifier
• Profile information
• Date of birth or age information
• Gender or other profile information you choose to provide
• Profile photos
• Other information you voluntarily provide in your profile

This information is used to create and operate your account and provide the dating and matching features of Real True Date.

1.2 Profile Photos

If you upload profile photos, we collect and store those photos so that they can be displayed as part of your Real True Date profile and used for the application's matching and safety features.

Profile photos are not used for advertising or marketing purposes.

2. Face Data and Verification Video

2.1 What Face Data We Collect

Real True Date includes a face-verification feature designed to help verify that a person using the service is a real person and to help protect the Real True Date community from fake or fraudulent profiles.

During verification, you may be asked to record a short video and perform actions such as:

• Opening your mouth
• Turning your head
• Following other simple movement instructions

The verification process may process:

• The verification video
• Images or video frames extracted from the verification video
• Facial features detected from the verification video
• Facial measurements or representations generated during processing
• A mathematical face embedding generated from facial characteristics
• Liveness-related information used to determine whether the verification appears to involve a live person

A face embedding is a mathematical representation consisting of numerical values derived from facial characteristics. It is not itself a photograph or video.

2.2 Why We Collect and Process Face Data

We process Face Data only for purposes directly related to Real True Date's verification and safety functionality, including:

• Checking whether the verification appears to involve a live person rather than a photograph, video recording, or other presentation attack.
• Checking whether the person completing verification matches the profile photos associated with the Real True Date account.
• Helping prevent fake, fraudulent, or impersonated profiles.
• Supporting safety and trust features of the Real True Date service.

Face Data is not used for advertising, marketing, behavioral advertising, or unrelated data mining.

We do not use Face Data to create advertising profiles or sell information about users.

2.3 How Face Data Is Processed

The Real True Date verification system processes verification data on servers controlled and operated for Real True Date.

Our verification system uses machine-learning and computer-vision technologies including:

• FaceNet, accessed through DeepFace, for facial feature comparison and face matching.
• MiniFASNet for liveness and presentation-attack detection.
• MediaPipe for detecting facial or head movements required during the verification process.

These technologies are used as software/model components in our verification system.

The verification data is processed by our own server-side system. We do not send the verification video, extracted face information, or face embedding to an external third-party AI service such as a consumer AI API for processing.

The use of these software/model components does not mean that your Face Data is sent to the companies or organizations that originally developed those technologies.

3. Face Data Consent

Before collecting or processing Face Data, Real True Date provides an appropriate notice explaining:

• What Face Data is collected
• Why the Face Data is collected
• How the Face Data is processed
• Where the Face Data is processed
• How long the information is retained
• Whether it is shared with third parties
• How the user can request deletion

Where required, Real True Date obtains the user's clear and conspicuous consent before beginning Face Data collection and processing.

You may decline to provide Face Data. However, certain Real True Date features that require identity or profile verification may not be available without completing the verification process.

4. Storage of Face Data

Verification data is stored using infrastructure controlled or managed by Real True Date for the operation of the service.

The verification video may be temporarily or securely stored on our server infrastructure for verification, safety, fraud-prevention, troubleshooting, or related operational purposes.

A mathematical face embedding may also be stored in our database so that it can be used for subsequent verification or safety checks associated with the user's account.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect this information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data transmitted between the application and our servers is protected using appropriate transport-security measures such as HTTPS/TLS.

5. Face Data Retention

We retain Face Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

While your Real True Date account remains active, your face embedding may be retained when necessary to support verification and safety features.

Verification videos may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for verification, safety, fraud-prevention, security, and operational purposes.

When Face Data is no longer required, we will delete or securely dispose of it in accordance with our applicable data-retention procedures.

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete the Face Data associated with your account, subject to any limited retention that may be required by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

6. Face Data Sharing

Real True Date does not sell, rent, or provide Face Data to advertisers, advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers.

Real True Date does not send Face Data to third-party AI services for processing.

Real True Date does not use Face Data for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, or unrelated data mining.

If we ever intend to use or share Face Data for a materially different purpose, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.

If service providers are used to host or technically process Real True Date data, they are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to Real True Date and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

7. Other Personal Information We Collect

In addition to Face Data, Real True Date may collect information such as:

• Name or display name
• Email address
• Date of birth or age
• Gender and profile preferences
• Profile photos
• Profile descriptions and information you voluntarily provide
• Account and authentication information
• Matches and interactions
• Messages or other communications you send through the application
• Subscription and transaction information
• Device information
• Push-notification token
• Application and diagnostic information
• Information required to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service

The exact information collected depends on the features you use.

8. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide dating and matching functionality
• Display your profile to other users as intended by the application
• Process profile verification
• Perform liveness and anti-fraud checks
• Protect users and the integrity of the platform

We do not use Face Data for advertising or marketing.

Real True Date may use third-party services or infrastructure providers necessary to operate the application.

Depending on the functionality used, these may include services for:

• Database and server infrastructure

• Push notifications
• Subscription and payment processing
• Application diagnostics and crash reporting

Where a third party processes personal information on our behalf, we require appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards consistent with the protections described in this Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

AI and Machine Learning

Real True Date uses machine-learning and computer-vision technologies for its verification functionality.

The FaceNet, DeepFace, MiniFASNet, and MediaPipe components used by our verification system operate as part of our server-side verification system.

Your verification video and Face Data are not submitted to a third-party AI service or consumer AI API for processing.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription through Apple or another supported platform, payment processing is handled by the applicable payment platform.

Real True Date may receive information such as:

• Subscription status
• Product or subscription identifier
• Transaction identifier
• Purchase or renewal information

Real True Date does not receive your complete credit or debit card number when payment is processed by Apple or another payment provider.

11. Push Notifications

If you grant notification permission, Real True Date may collect and store a device or push-notification token so that we can send service-related notifications.

You can disable notifications through your device settings.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

• Encrypted communication using HTTPS/TLS
• Access controls
• Authentication and authorization controls
• Secure server infrastructure
• Database access restrictions
• Monitoring and security practices appropriate to the nature of the information

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. However, we take reasonable steps to protect the information we process.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain account functionality, protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Different types of information may have different retention periods.

In particular:

• Account information may be retained while your account is active.
• Profile information and photos may be retained while they are part of your active profile.
• Face embeddings may be retained while necessary for verification and safety functionality.
• Verification videos may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for verification, security, fraud prevention, and operational purposes.
• Transaction records may be retained as necessary for accounting, legal, and regulatory purposes.

14. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your Real True Date account and associated personal information directly through the account settings within the Real True Date app.

When you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete personal information associated with the account, including Face Data, subject to information that we are legally required to retain or that must be temporarily retained for legitimate security, fraud prevention, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

To delete your account, go to Profile → Delete Account within the Real True Date app and follow the instructions provided.

15. Children's Privacy

Real True Date is intended for adults and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from an ineligible child, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

16. No Sale of Personal Information

Real True Date does not sell users' personal information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade Face Data.

We do not provide Face Data to advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our application, services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the application.
