By downloading, installing, or using Real True Date ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Real True Date is a personalized prayer application that uses artificial intelligence to generate prayers based on your emotional state and life context. The App includes:

• Personalized prayer generation.
• Interactive digital rosary.
• Scheduled novenas with reminders.
• Prayer community and events.
• Daily Bible verses.
• Personalized Bible passages.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium Subscription

• Real True Date offers a premium plan with additional features.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• No refunds are offered for partial periods already consumed.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

• Prayers generated by artificial intelligence are spiritual support tools and do not replace pastoral or professional guidance.
• We do not guarantee absolute theological accuracy of generated content.
• Generated content should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree to:

• Not use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Not attempt to access other users' data.
• Not interfere with the App's operation.
• Not create offensive content in community events.
• Respect other community users.

7. Intellectual Property

• Real True Date and its original content are owned by its developers.
• Prayers generated for you may be saved and shared for personal use.
• Biblical texts belong to the public domain or their respective rights holders.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• Real True Date offers optional paid subscriptions for premium features. Pricing may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through the App Store. Cancellations must be completed through the applicable app store.
• No refunds except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on the App's content.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the premium subscription in the last 12 months.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
